I had a very bad experience with Horizon Guest house. I was cheated by their manager by charging me for so called 'deluxe' room, while I was given a regular room! Anyone who wishes to go to this guest house in this below freezing temperature, must expect to pay extra for a heater, not expect to watch TV as it doesn't work and be prepared for constant disturbance by the staff... and of course, get cheated. Highly NOT recommended.
